引言牙齿异位是指牙齿萌出时占据了原本属于另一颗牙齿的位置，可能继发于牙齿迁移。此现象的发生条件为牙齿正常萌出受阻，且牙齿发生了远离骨组织内正常部位的移动。骨内迁移是指未萌出的牙齿在颌骨内的运动。这是一种罕见的发育性牙齿异常，仅见于下颌恒牙列。它通常涉及下颌侧切牙，尖牙和第二前磨牙。牙齿迁移的机制仍然不清楚。
Toothdislocation,whichistheeruptionofatoothinapositionordinarilyoccupiedbyanothertooth,mayresultfrommigration.Thisprocesstakesplaceonlywhennormaleruptionispreventedandthetoothleavesitsnormalsiteofdevelopmentwithinthebone1.Intrabonymigration(alsoreferredtoasintraosseousmigration),isthemovementofanuneruptedtoothwithinthebone1-4.Thisisarareandunusualdevelopmentaldentalanomalythatoccursonlyinthepermanentdentitionofthelowerjaw1,2.Itinvolvesthemandibularlateralincisor,thecanine,andthesecondpremolar.Themechanismthatcausestoothmigrationisstillobscure1-3.

病例报告一名健康的六岁男孩牙科诊所就诊，主诉“填充物脱落”。临床检查显示，其右侧下颌第二乳磨牙松动，存在病理性牙根吸收，同时有广泛深在龋损。影像学检查显示其存在牙根吸收和根尖周骨吸收（图1）。该病例被诊断为慢性根尖周脓肿和严重冠部龋损，不适合修复治疗。一周后拔除牙齿。拔除后两周粘接带环间隙保持器。
